Does Anyone know VW Passat 1998 Mechanic closed to Innerwest Sydney

Hi All,

I've just bought VW Passat 1998 Sedan V6 2.8 Auto with 147,xxx kM on clock.
This is my first VW even I have other SUV at home. Very nice to drive and love this car. Any way, it has log book with all service records from previous owner.
It's last service was on 12/12/08 with 138,xxx kM (follow by a year ago 26/11/07 with 118,xxx kM ).

I think I should do service for this car.
Does anyone suggest me the good reliable (money & valve )VW service location near Sydney Innerwest (2131, NSW)?
Do I need to send it to VW Dealer Service Station with this kM and this age of car?
Previous owner done service at "Dunham Auto Repair" at Russell Vale 2517 (near wollongong) but it is too far from my place Ashfield Innerwest sydney.
I do not have any experience with VW and it's my first VW ever.
If you have any idea & suggestions for this, please let me know.
