I don't think you will have any issue with 205's on the front at all.

An extra 10mm in width will not change the turning circle.

Most important for insurance is the load rating.

thanks mate... so if I get a tyre with a higher load rating and higher speed rating then it's okay as well? sorry, just want to make sure I get it right...

I went ahead and put the 205s on the back and moved the back tyres to the front for the time being. Will replace with 205s when the fronts need replacing. Hope the 205s will fit in the spare wheel carrier...
