Questions about buying new VW

My sister and her hubby are looking at buying a new Jetta/ Tiguan or Golf Wagon (when they come out) and have asked me questions regarding the purchase.

I know Audi offers free servicing on new cars purchased as a business, does VW offer anything similar?

Any examples of excellent dealer experiences in Melb that she could go and visit?

Does VW offer anything like Audi's Open Haus?
