HELP! Bluetooth car kit stuck in "PHONE" mode

Hi! i have a VW Passat with a fully installed Bluetooth Car kit (Button Press Steering Wheel). The other day when I received a call , the car stereo has been in "PHONE" mode and I am unable to discconect it. I have tried turning off the car stereo and phone but still nothing. I also refeered to the Bluetooth manual to reset it but also without luck.
I have called the company in tha manual "Techaudio" but the number is incorrect. I have checked their website and the same number is listed. I have sent an email and no response.
I am still waiting on the dealer to call me back and advise before i need to leave it with them.

If anyone could assist, it would be mucg appreciated.

Disconnect power from the unit - if you can not find the unit, pull your battery leads off for a few minutes (following sensible electrical common sense) - If it can be reset, thats the easiest way!
