Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles have delayed the Amaroks launch till January the 1st aka the start of the Dakar Rally in South America.

Original launch was meant to be on the 15th of December but it has been thought that some issues with parts suppliers and final pre-production gremlins have thrown a spanner in the works.

Anyway be sure to watch the Dakar to see the first Amaroks being christened the only way a offroader should be in a Rally albeit as support vehicles
