Tiguan Tuning Thread

Ordered a 125TSI Tiguan for delivery in late August 09. This thread dedicated to the tuning to go on to it.

To date I have bought H&R Sport Springs & Audi RS4 style 18" alloys for it.

Trip to Guy planned 1000km after delivery.

BTW Guy, when can we expect official release of the Tig's tuning info?

Obviously pics once I actually have it all .

P.S. - We have our prototype engine mounts sitting on my desk - test fitting to a Tiguan early next week!

Checked up on my Tiguan yesterday.

Shipped from Bremen on the 16th of May ....

Due in Brisbane on the 29th of June .....

Dealer expects delivery to happen late July .....

Its at least a month early ...

BTW, Austral VW (in Brisbane) sold 47 Tigs last month ........ 25% of their total sales for the month .... apparently the advertised "New" Tiguan has customers flooding them ..... waiting list is now out to 6 months on a ordered in Tiguan.

Discharged from the ship in Brisbane yesterday, bang on schedule .... something to be said for German efficiency ...

Guy, Engine # is CAW061085, does this help determining if it can be chipped yet (1 of the many engine codes ) or do you need to see it ?
