Thread: Treza360's MkIV R32 (56k Beware)

    Default Treza360's MkIV R32

Hi Everyone good to see the site up and running. Looks good so far.
So here is my 2004 R32. As per my signature it's number 44 of the 200 that came to Australia. I picked it up at the beginning of September this year and am the second owner.

    Cheers
    Trent

The previous owner (Peter) was a telecomms guy (fibre and business phone systems etc), he lived and worked in the Logan City area. He upgraded(?) to an Eos.

Forgive my naivity also but what does GTG stand for? I only know it as good to go, but a quick google showed that it has some kind of VW significance, but I couldn't find the meaning.

    Cheers

    Thanks everyone.

It's not as clean as it looks in the pics unfortunately. Got a few pin dents and stone chips on it. A few light scratches around the place and the previous owner managed to curb all four wheels. Also a slightly deeper scratch has appeared on the rear bumper (not happy about that). Overall it's pretty clean.

In the end what can you do. If you're gonna drive the car regularly these things are gonna happen.

Thanks for the GTG explanation. So many years on teh interweb and I haven't come across it before. Bit embarrassing really, but I suppose you learn something new everyday.

    Cheers

    - CAI - Done
    - Get all four wheels repaired (previous owner managed to curb all of them) - Done
    - New suspension setup - Done

Phillips BlueVision bulbs have gone in. Can't say there's much of a difference. The light is a little whiter but not a huge difference.
