Had a crunching sound the other month, followed by a few bits falling/grinding in the sun roof.

I've manged to remove the plastic rails that were loose in the car (not sure what they did?) but the roof isn't working correctly.

So, who knows how to get access to it? Does it mean taking out the roof lining, and if so, is that hard, and more importantly, is it hard to put back?

I'd like to give it a shot myself if I can, trying to save money and all. If all hopeless, then I'll send it off to a dealer (at great expense to the management I'm sure)
