Significant WC Volkswagens - ARTZ 928 wide Golf 1

I thought I would post up some cars that I thought have been significant in respect to engineering in the WC world over the past 35 years.

Starting with the 928 engined widened body (not widebody - widened through the middle)

A company called ARTZ built 6 of them as promotional items somewhere around 1978.

Rear wheel drive, 928 "telephone dial wheels" - an awesome sleeper!
