1: Alcons rule, a little pricey, but the last set of brakes you will ever need.
2: Springs - maybe, if the dampers can handle the spring rates. bigger sway bar may help.
3: exhaust manifold - not much in my knowledge, the quality is ordinary, access is limited because of bigger runners & the bolts still come lose.
weld the turbo to the manifold.
4: not a lot to be gained from intake manifold unless you are going stage 3!
