Need suggestions as to improving the Little Blue Girl.

First of all we're going too quick now for the original rotors & calipers, copped heaps of fading on the last track day (it was scary to say the least).

Next, need to come up with a permanent solution for blowing turbo gaskets.

Spring ratings, running 250lbs linear in the front at the moment, but feel its not enough.

Will upgraded exhaust manifold help.

Will updraded inlet manifold help.

1: Alcons rule, a little pricey, but the last set of brakes you will ever need.
2: Springs - maybe, if the dampers can handle the spring rates. bigger sway bar may help.
3: exhaust manifold - not much in my knowledge, the quality is ordinary, access is limited because of bigger runners & the bolts still come lose.

weld the turbo to the manifold.

4: not a lot to be gained from intake manifold unless you are going stage 3!

Sway bar is done, standard = 20mm, Whiteline = 22mm & me got Whiteline to make a 24mm one some time ago & its set on the stiffest setting.

O.K. Me know its sounds funny, but welding it is, have been looking into this, not as silly as it sounds.
Will try to photograph events when going along this path.

O.K. Little bit bigger brakes, Audi MK1 TT 225 set up front & rear all new, but a bit different on the front >.

Heavier springs front & rear.

Turbo welded in a sort of way. (bolts) after being done up F******Tight.
Also modified the existing turbo to engine block bracket & added another one.

Me is hoping the little bugger bolts stay as is this time.
I just can't see how they will come loose now, but I'll be waiting for something to go wrong.
