Cool Hi from new guy. R32T MKV

Hi Guys, just want to share what I drive.
Hardware by C2, it is stage III. Whole setup is work in progress. But car is on the road as DD. Already 5000km on the kit in 3 months... Ended up with new set of tires in first 1000km, been too excited

Gotta love it when a turbo is stuck on any car :-)

How's it drive, what turbo did you use?

Turbo was part of the kit, it is a PT3532 (I think) with BB catrige. Have suprisingly early boost treshhold about 3200rpm (14PSI). It's starting to spool at about 1500rpm producing 1-2PSI. Not bad, considering it's is capable to push and hold well pass 20PSI on this motor
Drive is fun, once on the boost you are busy holding on to the steering wheel, got bless automatic DSG. No way one will be in time to change gear on redline, it comes way to fast.

Whole hot side have thermal coating down to CAT. Plenty of unsulating material to cover fire wall and other bits. So far so good.

Good, better to be safe than at the side of the road with melted bits!

Install looks neat, not much clearance to the booster.

    Cheers

    Default real life data

    Metric units
    0 to 100 km/h: 4.5 +- 0.18s
    400m: 12.8 +- 0.17s, @159 km/h
    90-120 km/h: 2.3 +- 0.18s
    200 meters: 8.3 +- 0.18s, @142 km/h

Done some real world runs. Full tank of fuel + driver. Air +26c, sealevel.
Not bad for mass produced car with stock engine internals.

Guy, VAGCOM I got from you came in handy few times now.

420 hp on 98 ron - generally makes 250 - 260 all wheel KW's depending on dyno. With Race gas & some mods its 500hp.

No E85 for these direct injection cars - just no big fuel delivery method unless you do away with the direct injection of add traditional port injection!
