    Post Bora 4 Motion Opinion

    Hey, well I've been looking at a range of different cars for my first car and I've developed a liking for a 2001 VW Bora 4 Motion. Its a good size, great power, 4wd grip, good sound, super comfy and looks so amazing. Only thing is I've herd a few rumours fo problems with them, like overheating and fragile parts. I was wondering if anyone knows any details about these?

    Welcome!

    They are a good thing, they were pretty expensive (but well specced in their day).

    Get it checked out thoroughly by a VW specialist firstly, as things that can go wrong can cost a fortune on those. Haldex Differentials & control units / engine repairs can catch you out.

    love any of the vags with 4 wheel drive... love the security, especially for the family :-)
