ok, interesting so far.

My first car loan was with CBFC who charged 7.2% I think.

I've rung up CBFC to refinance the baloon ($36K), they are now offering 9.7%, with zero residual.

Advanced Car Loans are offering 8.6%, but want a 45% residual at the end, which I don't really want...

So, who out there has recently financed, or more importantly, refinanced their car and what rate did you get?
