    Default DSG Tiguans available to order from July 2010 onwards

    My dealer confirmed this morning that the 6spd Tiptronic in the Tiguans will be replaced by the 7spd DSG (600NM rated) gearboxes from July builds onwards.

    1st deliveries of the DSG Tiguans to start in October 2010 in Australia .....

    Mmmm .... DSG 147TSI APR Stg 2 Tiguan sounds good ....

    No, he showed me the official VWA MY11 upgrades dealer info circular, which details all the changesto all VW models in Australia. Tiguans are all getting the same DSG 7sp as the new Multivans/Caravelles/Amaroks .... its the 1 thats now suitable for off-road work ....
