Chugga Chugga Chugga BOOM!!!!!!

The VR6 was running a little funny today. Was surging and carrying on, then when i shifted into second, it backfired realy loudly and then went fine again. WTF?!! Anyone shed some light on this for me?

Throttle body partially stuck ? (When was the last time you checked for carbon? :nodder:) - A good backfire might have cleaned it out :)

I don't think iv'e ever cleaned it out, i clean every thing else though.
